Transfers:

The request to transfer out of a race must be made 14 days or more prior to that scheduled event date.  No transfers will be allowed underneath this deadline.  The fee for a race transfer is $20. Transfers can be made to any race produced by Georgia Multisports Productions.  However, there are no transfers allowed after the last race of the season to another race in the following season. 

There is a $20 fee to transfer the registration to another athlete.  The fee must be accompanied with an application from the new participate.

USA Triathlon Sanctioned:

This event is sanctioned by USAT, the national governing body for the sport of Triathlon. We suggest all our participants become familiar with USAT Rules and Regulations. Officials will be present enforcing these rules.

Course Information:

Swim: 400 Yard. Wetsuits allowed depending on water temperature day of the race Swim Course Map
Bike: The Roswell Bicycle bike course is 13 Miles Bike Course Map
Run: The Big Peach Running Company's run course is a 5K Run Course Map

Finish: The Acworth Women's Sprint will end on Main Street in Downtown Acworth at the PT Solutions Finish Line.

Swim Section of the Event must be completed in 30 minutes or course officials will assist swimmer from the course. Racer will be allowed to complete the event but will not be eligible for awards.

Wetsuits:
Given the time of year it is doubtful wetsuits will be allowed

Packet Pick-Up

• Must have valid drivers license and current USAT card if you are member.
•   No one can pick up your packet except you. 
•   No race day registration.

Big Peach Running Company: 8/7/08 11:00am to 7:00 pm - 3881 Peachtree Rd., Atlanta, GA 30319. For directions

Race Site : 8/9/08 1:00pm to 5:00pm in the pavilion at the race site. When you enter the park go past beach area and around the curve. The pavilion will be on the left.

Turn left at the end of the overpass ramp on Main Street to Lakewood (follow signs to Dallas Landing) and turn left on Lakewood to the beach.

Remember there is NO race day registration.

• Relays top three
• Age group awards will be given three deep in in the following categories: 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+.

Post-Race:
Post Race food provided for athletics in historic downtown Acworth.
