USA Triathlon Sanctioned Event
This event is sanctioned by USA Triathlon, the national governing body for the sport of Triathlon. We suggest all our participants become familiar with USA Triathlon Rules and Regulations. Officials will be present enforcing these rules.

Transfer Policy
The request to transfer out of a race must be made 14 days or more prior to that scheduled event date. No transfers will be allowed underneath this deadline. The fee to transfer registration to another athlete is $40. The fee must be accompanied with an application from the new participant. Transfers can be made to any race produced by Georgia Multisports Productions. However, there are no transfers allowed after the last race of the season to another race in the following season.
Race information
Wet suits
Each age group participant shall be permitted to wear a wet suit without penalty in any event sanctioned by USA Triathlon up to and including a water temperature of 78 degrees Fahrenheit. When the water temperature is greater than 78 degrees, but less than 84 degrees Fahrenheit, age group participants may wear a wet suit at their own discretion, provided however that participants who wear a wet suit within this temperature range shall not be eligible for prizes or awards. Age group participants shall not wear wet suits in water temperatures equal to or greater than 84 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cut-off Times
Georgia Multisports Productions for safety reason has established a course and race completion time lines as follows:
Swim: 1 hour
Bike: 2½ hours or total of 3½ hours of swim and bike
Minimum Age
The minimum age allowed for participating in the Rock ‘N RollMan Aqua Bike as an individual is 16 years of age.
Aid Stations
Bike Course: No Aid station on the bike .
Run Course: Aid stations on the run will be positioned approximately every mile. These stations will contain water and at mile 4 SlayRX will be available.

Swim: 1.5k Swim is a time trail start.
Bike: 40k Bike course has many rolling hills.
Other distance events such as a sprint distance triathlon and Olympic distance duathlon make for an endurance filled weekend anyone can enjoy.

Note: Participants must collect his/ her own event packets. This rule applies to relay team members as well. Photo ID is required in order to collect event materials. NO ID = NO EVENT. ALL USAT annual members must show a valid USAT membership card or pay the one-day membership fee ($15).
